Website  Design: Pricing & Services

  Standard Web Site Package             Only $250.00

 $125.00 deposit is required to begin the web design and the balance is due upon completion.

INCLUDES:

  • Up to 5 pages

  • Words of text (supplied by the client, 200 words per page approximate maximum)

  •  Up to 15 graphics/photos (client provides)

  •  Bullets

  •  Link to e-mail

  •  Links to external pages

  • 1 simple form (up to 12 fields) with results sent to your e-mail account

  • Submission to search engines (no guarantee of placement)

*Plus Web Hosting and Domain Registration fees

  Web Hosting                                   $86.00 per year

In order to publish a website online, you need a web host. A web host stores all the pages of your web site and makes them available to computers connected to the Internet.  Through WEB DESIGN BY KIMBERLY'S preferred web hosting service provider, the cost is $86.00 for 1 year.

 Domain Name Registration        $10.00 per year

Domain name registration is reserving a unique address to be used to refer to your website.  Through WEB DESIGN BY KIMBERLY'S preferred domain name provider, the cost is $10.00 for 1 year.

Website Updates                           $10.00/hr.*
without Yearly Maintenance Agreement

If you need updates and changes to your website and do not opt for the Yearly Maintenance Agreement below, any changes or updates you need will be *calculated for actual time spent at a rate of $10.00 per hour and you will be billed by invoice.

Website Updates with Yearly Maintenance Agreement                                       $40.00/yr.

If you need changes and updates to your website, you can purchase a yearly maintenance agreement.  This includes 2 changes per month to existing content including updating links and making minor changes to sentences and paragraphs .  It does not include change to design, adding pages, or removing nearly the entire text and replacing it with new text.  Charges for website changes and updates beyond those limits will be calculated for actual time spent at a rate of $10.00 per hour, as specified above.

Additional Page                   $10.00/per page

Additional pages may be added to your website if you need more than the specified 5 pages included in the Standard Web Site Package.

Additional Graphic           $4.00/per graphic

Additional graphics may be added to your website if you would like more than the specified 15 graphics/photos included in the Standard Web Site Package.

Additional Form                  $10.00/per form

Additional simple forms may be added to your website  (up to 12 fields) if you desire more than the 1 simple included in the Standard Web Site Package.  If the additional form is not going to be added to an existing page, you must also pay the cost of an additional page.

Shopping Cart Configuration              $50.00    

Do you have an item or a few items (no more than
5 items, please) you want to sell? PayPal offers a free shopping cart which accepts payments for your Web store. I can configure your PayPal shopping cart and have customers returned to your website after making a purchase.  Price reflects configuration only.  Items added to the shopping cart are $5.00 per item.
